You can disable UAC on Domain Controller from Command line using this command:

1	runas /user:DOMAIN\user "REG ADD HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v EnableLUA /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f"

To enable again, just type 1 as 0. Have fun!
